Amazon has dedicated a discounted Prime subscription to college students. By signing up for the Prime Student program, young people will have access to all the benefits of Prime with a 3-month free trial and then a subscription of just €18 per year.
Just like the Prime program, customers who have an Amazon account can sign up for the Prime Student subscription, which in addition to fast and unlimited deliveries, offers several benefits such as access to Prime Video and all other streaming services including Prime Music, Prime Reading, Twitch Prime and Amazon Photos. Amazon Prime Student: how to sign up
All students who are enrolled in a university course or equivalent in Italy can sign up for the Prime Student program. To do so, you must have an Amazon account, log in with your credentials and provide proof that you are a student on demand. Using your academic email to certify that you are enrolled in a university course will allow you to instantly activate your Prime Student subscription.
In case you do not have a valid academic email in Italy, you must follow a procedure to certify your eligibility. Students over the age of 18 will need to send their university enrollment certificate from their Amazon account email, making sure that the course, student name and year of validity are clearly visible, to [email protected]. If the registration is accepted, within 3 to 5 working days Amazon will send an email with the direct link to click on to complete the registration for Prime Student.

Amazon Prime Student: how much does it cost and what benefits
Once you have registered, you will need to enter a valid credit card among the payment methods in your email address. University students will be able to use Prime Student for free for the first 90 days, at the expiration of which the annual subscription will be automatically renewed at half price: all Prime benefits for only 18 euros per year instead of 36 euros. By the end of the trial period, you will be able to deactivate Prime Student at any time by logging into your account settings and turning off the auto-renewal option.
After graduation or at the end of the fourth year of membership, whichever comes first, your Prime Student membership will automatically end. The user will then become a Prime customer in all respects, paying the subscription at 36 euros per year or in the formula of 3.99 euros per month.
