The CEO of Epic Games, Tim Sweeney, said that Apex Legends has brought new players in the world of Fortnite

Fortnite or Apex Legends? There are now wasted articles comparing the two Battle Royale, decreeing which of the two video games is absolutely the best and to try.

There are those who speak of a healthy competition between the product of Epic Games and EA, but many argue that in reality for the famous Fortnite (here meanwhile a  deepening the new Skin Malevolence) was - in a sense - a snub. Apex Legends has, in fact, partly destabilized the balance of Battle Royale, but Tim Sweeney - CEO of Epic Games - claimed in an interview that Apex has not in the least affected the success of their product.

"We are about to reach the figure of 250 million players in Fortnite. - He told GamesBeat - Since Apex Legends came out, we've also won over some players who started there, and that's fantastic."

According to Sweeney, Fortnite's most direct competitor is actually FIFA 19. "The only game that really drives players away from Fortnite is FIFA," he commented, "because it's a game for everyone and it's world-famous.
