Le foto a tempo si arricchiscono di una nuova funzionalità: oltre alle scritte e alle emoticon, sarà possibile inserire anche le GIF animate
Le Instagram Stories hanno avuto un grande successo. Lanciate alla fine del 2016, vengono oramai utilizzate da centinaia di milioni di utenti ogni giorno.
Di fatto, se ne avvalgono anche le celebrità per condividere momenti speciali con i propri fan e per apparire più umane, ed anche i brand per promuovere i propri prodotti e per avvicinarli alle masse.
Negli ultimi mesi lo staff di programmatori di Instagram ha anche introdotto nuove funzionalità per rendere l’utilizzo delle Storie sempre più divertente.
Ad esempio, a partire dall’inizio del 2018, è stata introdotta la possibilità di caricare su Instagram immagini GIF, delle emoticon animate che rendono il tutto ancora più interessante ed accattivante.

How to put GIFs in Instagram Stories
Everyone knows how to put emoticons in Instagram Stories, but the same does not apply to GIFs. To put GIFs on Instagram Stories, you need to enter the application by clicking on the icon provided and log into your account. Then, it is essential to select the symbol of the house present in the menu at the bottom and tap on your photo present in the upper left, under the heading "Stories".
For those who want it, there is also an alternative, that is, you can tap on the camera icon, which is located in the upper left or implement a swipe to the right. At this point you need to tap on the white circle to take a photo, hold it down to make a video, or click on the photo icon to make a Story, using images and movies already on the device.
For those who want to make a colored background, just select "Text" and choose the color and style, using the available options, or you can proceed by clicking on the colored circle symbol. At this point you need to tap on the "Tap to type", enter a letter and press on the arrow symbol pointing to the right to confirm the entry. Then, you need to select the inserted letter, delete it and click on the "Finish" button.
Customizing Stories: how to put GIFs on Instagram
Only after making the choice between photos and videos, and possibly opting for a colored background, you can proceed to insert GIFs. In this case, you need to click on the Aa icon, located in the upper right corner, to add text, press on the pen symbol to draw directly freehand on the selected photo or video, while on the smiling sticker icon to add a sticker.
In fact, what is important to know is that through the stickers you can directly insert into the story a hastag, a poll, the temperature, the date, and much more, including GIFs. Specifically, to add an animated image, just click on the "GIF" item. Doing so grants access to the Giphy archive, a portal that collects animated images of all kinds. Very popular in the Instagram Stories are the writings in motion, especially the widely used "Girl Power", although there are GIFs of animals, food and national and international stars, able to give an extra something to everyone's Stories. Successivamente, facendo un tap prolungato sull’immagine inserita, è possibile trascinarla nella zona ritenuta più consona e fare con le dita zoom in o zoom out per ingrandirla o rimpicciolirla. Per salvare le modifiche effettuate, infine, basta selezionare il pulsante "Fissa", mentre per pubblicare pigiare su "La tua Storia".
Nel caso in cui il risultato non fosse soddisfacente, sarebbe possibile trascinare la GIF sull’icona del cestino, mentre una volta resa pubblica la Storia, qualora si volesse aggiungere una nuova GIF, basterebbe tenere premuto sulla propria foto, sezionare l’opzione "Aggiungi qualcosa alla tua Storia" e ripetere la procedura appena riportata.
