New event "Booty of the buccaneers" and a special Restart Van to bring back to life the companions fallen in battle
Finally, the update 8.30 Fortnite has arrived and, as always, brought with it many new features for both the Battle Royal, both for the Creative and Save the World. Let's start right away with a special event that will involve all the most adventurous users, "Buccaneers Booty": Test yourself in a new MAT every day and collect treasures in the form of in-game rewards by completing free challenges. From April 10 to 15, players will be able to face a different timed mode every day and win rich prizes.
Another novelty, the Restart Van: thanks to this item you can bring back to life your companions eliminated during the battle. Players will have a second chance, but with an inventory limited to a common pistol, 36 light ammunition and 100 units of wood. The "explosive flight" timed mode has also been introduced, with jetpacks and a lot more rocket ammo (up to 120).
As for the "team brawl" timed mode, the number of eliminations to win the match has been increased from 100 to 150 and the final circle radius has been reduced from 20k to 12500. Supply Delivery now releases two legendary weapons and two additional consumable items. Bugs have been fixed and minor technical issues have been fixed.
Everything is ready for the Fortnite World Cup, the competition that will crown the best players in the world of the title signed Epic Games. The qualifications will begin on April 13, while the final of the event will take place July 26 to 28 at the Arthur Ashe Stadium in New York. A total of 100 million dollars will be up for grabs!
