In China, for example, the developers of Epic Games have already introduced such a solution. In short, the many controversies raised by players have finally stirred the conscience of the company, which has decided to include the new feature.
Until now, if you make a purchase in the Fortnite store, the only way to get a refund is to take advantage of one of the 3 tokens provided to each user by Epic Games. With the new option, however, players can be reimbursed for any type of purchase in the online shop (even accidental). Only two rules: no more than 5 minutes must have passed since the purchase and you must not start a game.
