The Chinese company presents a smartphone with dual cameras both front and rear. It will be on sale at a price of about 330 euros
We are now accustomed to the classic invasion of smartphones from the Far East. Devices usually from the technical characteristics quite limited but with a good value for money. Gionee, however, has decided to focus on technical specifications "revolutionary" to win users.
In fact, the new Gionee S10, just made official by the Chinese company, has four cameras: two rear and two front. We're used to the dual rear camera, all top of the range devices use it, while the dual front camera is a first in the smartphone scene. With this move the Chinese company wants to conquer all lovers of selfies with a dual front camera that ensures high quality photos. Gionee, however, has not only thought about the photographic sector: the Gionee S10 also has excellent technical features, starting with 6GB of RAM available.
Features Gionee S10
The Gionee S10 is a real top of the range, ready to fight on equal terms with other smartphones released in recent months. It must be said, however, that the choice to mount a Helio P25 chipset, with lower performance than the Snapdragon 835, penalizes the Chinese smartphone, which tries to make up for it with the other hardware components. In fact, to be able to use the four cameras to perfection, the Chinese company decided to equip the Gionee S10 with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal memory (with the possibility to expand it up to 128GB with a microSD card). The screen is 5.5 inches with a 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution, while the battery is 3450 mAh. As mentioned, the camera compartment is composed of a dual rear camera with 16-megapixel and 8-megapixel sensors, while the dual front camera features a 20-megapixel and an 8-megapixel sensor.
Gionee S10 price and release date
The Gionee S10 will be launched in the Chinese market soon, but we still don't know exactly if it will be made available in Europe as well. The price will be around 330 euros.
Features Gionee S10B and Gionee S10C
Along with the Gionee S10, the Chinese company also presented two other versions of the same smartphone with slightly lower features. The Gionee S10B features the same screen, but mounts a Helio P10 chipset supported by 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The photo compartment is also different: the dual front camera consists of a 13-megapixel sensor and a 5-megapixel sensor, while the front camera features a single 16-megapixel lens. The price will be around 280 euros.
The Gionee S10C, on the other hand, will have a 5.2-inch HD screen. As for the chipset will be a Snapdragon 427 supported by 4Gb of RAM and 64GB of internal memory. The photo compartment consists of a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 16-megapixel front camera. The price will be just over 200 euros.
