Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 on the horizon? Info & Rumors

After the success of Kingdom Come Deliverance, a sequel seems only logical. In fact, there have been first hints from Warhorse Studios in the meantime. We summarize what is known so far.

There are only a few hints about Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, but these are enough.

Warhorse Studios entered the big gaming stage with Kingdom Come Deliverance. Fans want a sequel and this could already be in the works.

Kingdom Come Deliverance 2: A leap in the timeline

Since summer 2019, a successor to the medieval RPG seems to be officially fixed. Then, namely, a telling photo made the rounds on the net:

• There is a plaque with the inscription "KCD 2 - 1506" to see.
• The year is particularly interesting, as it means that the time jump would be around 100 years.
• The action of Kingdom Come Deliverance finally took place in 1403.
• Accordingly, there is a new protagonist and the story of Henry will not be continued directly.
• It is conceivable, however, that the main character will have a connection to Henry; possibly players could slip into the role of a descendant.

All of this info should be taken with a grain of salt and the last point is particularly speculative, as this is pure conjecture. Also, nothing is yet known about the locations and regions of the game world. If the year is correct, the sequel will be set in the final phase of the Middle Ages, which opens up new possibilities for the setting.
