If you have a prepaid card from Klarmobil in your smartphone, you have to top up the card's credit regularly in order to make calls or surf the Internet with it. To do this, simply enter the code *100# and tap "Send" or press the "Handset key".

How to top up your card at Klarmobil

If the credit on your card is low, it is recommended that you top it up. This is possible at Klarmobil both online and by credit card.

1. If you would like to top up new credit directly online, please call up the Klarmobil website and log into your Klarmobil account with your phone number and the corresponding password.
2. In the account area, then click on "Top up", select the option "manual" and enter the amount you would like to top up. This will then be automatically collected from your bank account.
3. Alternatively, you can also buy credit cards for Klarmobil in many supermarkets, gas stations or phone stores.
4. The credit cards are available with amounts of 15, 30 or 50 euros and you can then use them to recharge your SIM card via your online account or via GSM code.
