Sky: How to fix the hint 302
If you receive the hint 302 when using your Sky receiver, it means that the accessed channel cannot be received. Often, the occurrence of the error message can be easily fixed by checking whether your receiver is properly connected to the cable socket.- Also make sure that the connection cables are not damaged and connect a different antenna cable as a test.
- If there is no problem with the cabling, perform a restart of your receiver. Disconnect the device for this from the mains and wait about three minutes before you reconnect the receiver.
- Were you the notice 302 already displayed several times, please start a new channel scan on the receiver by opening the menu and click there on "Scan".
