1. Open the Windows folder "\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2019"-
2. There should be the folder "Skins". If not, just create it.
3. Now unzip the contents of the ZIP file into the "Skins" folder.

Now start the game and select "Settings". There you will find all installed skins at "Skin" and change at any time, if desired.
