What's new in Star Wars Battlefront: Battle of Jakku

The Battle of Jakku is a free expansion for the game Star Wars Battlefront. This sets after the completion of the sixth episode and allows you to replay the battle on Jakku between the New Republic and the Empire. The expansion not only gives you two new maps for the planet Jakku, "Goazanich Wasteland" and "Giant's Graveyard", but also lets you use the new game mode Turning Point.

1. In detail, the Turning Point game mode is a dynamic game mode in which you have to conquer one of three control points. If you manage to do this in a certain amount of time, more control points will be unlocked and you will be given more time to conquer them.
2. The Turning Point game mode is only playable on the new map Giant's Graveyard. This is large and elongated and has many wrecks that are ideal for cover.
3. The second new map called Goazan Wasteland consists of a central canyon surrounded by cliffs and littered with debris. You will also find many corridors on the map.

Star Wars Battlefront: Battle of Jakku: The Game Modes

In addition to the Turning Point mode, you can also use the Battle Runner Assault, Domination and Fighter Squadron game modes on the Giant's Graveyard map. If you are on the Goazan Wasteland map, you have a choice of the following six game modes: Skirmish, Drop Zone, Droid Alert, Cargo, Hero Hunt, and Heroes vs. Villains.
