Rust: Twitch Drops introduced - all info about the rewards

Rust is celebrating another absolute peak at the beginning of 2021 and is one of the most played titles ever. In keeping with the trend, which is also reflected in streaming, players can now dust off Twitch Drops.

In the front row: twitch drops are a reward for Rust players who watch streams.

Rust is also currently heavy on Twitch. To attract even more viewers, they are now rewarded in-game.

Rust: How to get Twitch Drops

The Twitch Drops were introduced on January 7, 2021. The principle is quite simple:
  • Whoever watches Rust streams on Twitch will be rewarded for it with items in Rust.
  • To do this, you need to link your accounts. Log in to both your Twitch and Steam accounts and activate the Twitch drops.
  • The rewards change weekly. During this time, the items are staggered - the more time you give to a streamer, the more items you get.
  • When watching the streams, make sure that active drops are displayed.
  • The supposed trick of running multiple streams at the same time to get all the rewards faster doesn't work.
Whether it's a sofa, door, hoodie, or garage door, the Twitch Drops cover virtually all item categories, and thanks to the weekly change, there's always something new to dust off. You can find an overview of the current drops on this page.
