2. Under "Manage Payments", select "I want to cancel my subscription."
3. Confirm the prompt that follows.
4. If you pay for the subscription monthly, you can pause your subscription at this point instead of canceling it. If you still want to cancel, continue with "No thanks, I'd like to cancel."
5. Give a reason for the cancellation.
6. Complete the process by clicking "Cancel my Subscription."
