UsingZattoo Free abroad: Is that possible?

Technically, content from the Internet can be accessed anywhere in the world. In practice, however, hurdles often stand in the way, for example for licensing reasons. Read whether you can use Zattoo Free abroad.

Thanks to high bandwidths, even HD content travels quickly around the globe. Whether the provider allows this, however, is another question.

Zattoo Free: Is foreign use allowed?

The answer to this is clear:

• You cannot use Zattoo Free abroad. This also applies to the EU area.
• For this, one of the two paid subscriptions Premium or Ultimate is necessary.
• With these, you can use Zattoo to the full extent in other EU countries. There is a limit at most by your data volume; in Wi-Fi networks, even that does not matter.
• But outside the EU, the use is not possible even with Premium or Ultimate.

The fact that you can not receive Zattoo Free abroad, is therefore exceptionally not due to licensing conditions. Rather, it is a feature that Zattoo provides only paying customers.
