Instagram updates its application and optimizes the multiple upload of images: users will be able to choose between multiple photo formats
It has been several months since Instagram, the popular social network owned by Facebook, launched photo albums. Until a few hours ago, it was only possible to insert images in the square format. The new update, however, allows users to add other standards as well.
Members, thanks to the latest news announced by the U.S. company, will have different formats with which to post images on the social platform. They will be able to choose, compared to the past, to add horizontal and vertical photos to the albums, for example. The feature is very useful to publish panoramas or selfies. Nella nuova versione dall’applicazione per dispositivi mobili gli utenti avranno dunque l’opportunità di selezionare diversi formati prima di pubblicare gli album. Potranno optare, come visto, per il formato "panorama", per quello "ritratto", oppure per lo standard quadrato.
Purtroppo, però, l’aspect ratio scelto si applicherà a tutte le immagini aggiunte nell’album. Ciò significa che non sarà possibile caricare in una stessa sequenza fotografica scatti con standard diversi. Resta, comunque, una funzione molto utile con cui gli utenti di Instagram potranno divertirsi a pubblicare i propri scatti
