Nintendo would have already entrusted Samsung with the production of displays, at a rate of one million pieces per month: that's when the Switch Pro arrives.
After so many words, rumors, denials and disappointed hopes finally rekindles the hope of Nintendo fans: the Switch Pro will be done, will have a 7-inch OLED screen and will arrive by the end of 2021. The sources heard by Bloomberg are not internal to Nintendo, but to Samsung that has received the order to produce the screens of the Switch Pro from June, at a rate of one million pieces per month, with deliveries starting in July. Proprio il prezzo dello schermo OLED, crollato negli ultimi mesi, avrebbe spinto la casa giapponese a far partire il tanto atteso progetto Switch Pro di cui si parla praticamente da quando fu lanciata la prima Nintendo Switch, nell’ormai lontano marzo 2017. Il momento giusto è quindi arrivato: la console ibrida “pro" sta per vedere la luce.
Nintendo Switch Pro: come sarà
Non sappiamo se il nome del nuovo modello sarà proprio Switch Pro o se Nintendo ne abbia in mente un altro, ma siamo sicuri che si tratterà di un bel passo avanti rispetto al modello attuale: avrà uno schermo OLED da 7 pollici con risoluzione 720p, contro i 6,2 pollici della Switch normale e i 5,5 della Lite.
E’ assai probabile, però, che le dimensioni totali della console ibrida non cambino molto: l’attuale modello ha delle grosse cornici, che nel nuovo saranno più sottili. As lower will be the consumption (and therefore greater autonomy of the game), thanks to OLED technology.

Nintendo Switch Pro: when it arrives and how much it costs
As already mentioned, if there will be no problems Samsung will begin to deliver the first displays to Nintendo within the month of July. From that moment on, Nintendo will be able to start assembling the portable consoles, in view of the launch of the new product.
The official presentation could take place by the end of September, with arrival on the market not much later. What is now almost certain, then, is that those who have dreamed for years a Switch Pro will have it (at worst) under the Christmas tree.
