OnePlus is also getting ready to launch a new top-of-the-line device on the market. As has been the case for several years now, the Chinese company presents two top-of-the-line smartphones every year: the first between May and June, the second between October and November. The name of the new model will be OnePlus 7T and will be flanked by a Pro version that should differ in design and internal features.
The OnePlus 7T should be presented in Europe on October 10 and then be launched on the market on October 15. The same period when we will also see the new iPhone 11 and the Huawei Mate 30 Pro on the market. In fact, OnePlus' goal is to rival Apple and Huawei on equal terms. The OnePlus 7T has all the credentials to do so. Or at least this is what they promise the advances on the data sheet that have appeared in recent days online. The smartphone should be equipped with the new Snapdragon 855 Plus chipset supported by 8GB of RAM. New also the design of the device: in the back there will be a circular bump protruding in which the three cameras will be integrated.
OnePlus 7T, the technical card
The OnePlus 7T will be a real evolution from the model released a few months ago. The Chinese company has decided to make a quantum leap and make its base model even more performant. Starting with the screen. The OnePlus 7T, in fact, will have a 6.55-inch display with QuadHD resolution and 90Hz refresh rate, ideal for those who love to play with the smartphone. The design is characterized by the presence of a small teardrop notch.
Under the screen we find the new Snapdragon 855+ processor (an evolution from the "normal" Snapdragon 885) with 8GB of RAM and 128/256GB of internal memory, not expandable. The Chinese company has also focused on the photo compartment. The smartphone will have 3 cameras: the 48 Megapixel main one, while the two secondary ones will be 16 Megapixel and 12 Megapixel respectively and will be dedicated to wide-angle and zoom shots. The front camera will be 16 Megapixel.
The battery should be 3800mAh and will ensure an autonomy of at least one day. The fingerprint reader will be located under the screen, as on the previous model. Instead, no news regarding the audio jack: most likely it will not be present.
When the OnePlus 7T comes out
