Konami has announced PES 2018. Several aspects improved, from gameplay, graphics to the movements of the players. The video game will be released on September 14
Konami, after a few years spent chasing Fifa, tries to revive the challenge for the throne of best football video game with the official presentation of the new Pro Evolution Soccer 2018. The company has announced several improvements in the next version, but at the base will remain the playability.
PES 2018 restarts from a solid point of its past: the gamaplay. That is, the possibility for gamers to manage, in detail, every phase of the game action. Among the improvements during the game there are a series of additions that make the movements and plays of the players even more real. Attention then to the speed. Konami has worked hard to make the speed of the various game actions ultra-realistic. Dribbling has also changed, losing its video game spectacularity but becoming more faithful to reality. Outside of the games played, PES 2018 has been made smoother and more intuitive, especially the menu and the control system.
Real Touch+
Konami has also implemented the REAL Touch +, which will allow the player to react at the moment of receiving the ball by using the body parts allowed in the game such as chest, head and legs to produce a controlled pass that will depend on the height and speed of the ball. PES 2018 will also satisfy some of the criticisms made by loyal users. The new REAL Capture system will ensure a realistic management of lighting in both daytime and night matches. In addition, more than 20,000 details have been recreated on the various stadiums. The locker rooms, parking lots and pitch of Camp Nou and Signal Iduna Park, the stadiums of Barcelona and Borussia Dortmund respectively, have been faithfully reproduced.
Realistic movements
Konami has been carrying out motion capture tests on the field over the last year, and the results of this work will be reproduced in PES 2018. All this will make the movements of the players very similar to played soccer. To give an example, the way of protesting, turning and talking of the players has been taken care of, but also the way in which the different physicists of the players wear a jersey. KONAMI's agreements with partner teams will also ensure unprecedented realism, including the reproduction of players' tattoos.
New Game Features
In addition to new gameplay and graphics, Konami has also thought of new game features. An 11 vs. 11 online mode has been added. Confirmed the popular "myClub" challenges, where users can create their dream team from scratch. On PES 2018 these will be joined by 2-on-2 and 3-on-3 co-op modes with local guest support. There will also be a new system for transfers, pre-match interviews and pictures from the locker room.
Release Date
PES 2018 will be released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and Xbox360 on September 14. The game will also be available for PC via Steam. It will also be possible to book the exclusive digital version FC Barcelona Special Edition on PlayStation 4, Xbox One or Steam which offers additional components compared to the game in its "classic" variant.
