Tough morning for Poste Italiane customers, from 8:00 am on December 9 it is not possible to access the Banco Posta website or app and PostePay. Users report that after entering their profile credentials, they receive the error code "ERR-0" that makes access impossible.
This is not the first time that the Poste Italiane website and app do not work. Last month there was a similar problem, promptly solved by technicians within a few hours. And even in this case they are already working to solve the inefficiency as soon as possible. Reading people's comments on downdetector.it, a website that collects users' reports when a website or an app doesn't work, the problem concerns both the website and the Poste Italiane app. And the PostePay app and website also have the same type of problem: it is impossible to login
