"Heavy" anticipation from the rumors about Redmi 10, of which in fact the entire data sheet has been revealed: what to expect from the new low cost of Redmi
Sent in archive the Redmi Note 10 practice, whose models were released in the first half of the year, now for the brand born from an initiative of Xiaomi is the time to focus on the Redmi 10 series, that is, the one without the suffix Note.
The fact that Redmi 10, on paper, should cost less than Redmi Note 10 (pictured) does not mean, however, that it will make at least some interesting features. According to rumor information in fact the smartphone will have a 50-megapixel main camera, not a few and not many but still enough to suggest that the designers have paid some attention to the quality of photos and videos. Beyond the anticipation on the resolution of the main camera, the rumor comes with a suitcase full of details thanks to the fact that a store in Singapore would have published by mistake many of the features of Redmi 10.
Redmi 10, the alleged technical specifications
Redmi 10 will not be a small and compact Android smartphone, or at least that's what you think reading the 6.5-inch display diagonal; the panel will also have Full HD+ or 1080p resolution and a 90 Hz refresh rate, enough to increase the visual fluidity of content. It should be protected by a layer of Gorilla Glass 3 from Corning.
On the power side, the Redmi 10 shouldn't disfigure: it would have on board MediaTek's Helio G88 chip with Mali-G52 MC6 GPU: the MediaTek chip was announced recently (not even a month ago) and it's an octa core with a maximum frequency of 2 GHz and an image processor capable of assisting cameras up to 64 megapixels.
The Redmi 10 will come close, which, as mentioned above, should have a camera capable of taking images up to 50 megapixels; the rear camera group will also see an 8-megapixel, which should be an ultra wide-angle for "wide" shots, and two others of 2 megapixels each whose type is still unknown, but likely could be a macro sensor for close-up photos and one for the detection of depth of field. 8 megapixels, as for the ultra wide, for the front camera for selfies.
The autonomy, as per the tradition of the house, should not be a problem even for Redmi 10, thanks to the use of a 5,000 mAh battery with fast charging at 18 watts. Present USB type C for charging and data transfer and also support for Bluetooth version 5.0 or higher.
All in all acceptable dimensions
No doubt that the user interface will be the MIUI 12 based on Android 11, and it is highly likely that at the time when the evolution will be presented on the basis of Android 12 Redmi 10 will be updated.
The source of today's rumors has also been able to unbalance on the size of the device: 162 × 75.3 × 8.95 millimeters, still unknown, however, the weight that may not be particularly important for the presence of the plastic back surface.
Still unknown prices and period of officialization, but should not miss much.
