The smartphone is highly anticipated, both by fans who would like to get their hands on a small priced top of the range device as soon as possible, and by the company trying to breathe new life into its high-end products. The wait, however, is almost over.
The publication of the support page on Galaxy S21 FE within the Samsung portal suggests that the launch could be close, very close. After all, Samsung's Fan Edition should have been on the market for a while now, but the project has suffered delays that have led to a constant postponement of the presentation. How to forget, for example, the error of last month that led to the publication on the official Instagram account Samsung what has all the air of being just Galaxy S21 FE: the phone, in short, is ready for quite some time, Samsung probably waits to accelerate the construction of a number of units sufficient to meet the initial demand.

But here we are: it is suggested by the creation of an official support page on the German portal of Samsung, where two days ago has become accessible by anyone. Of course, it doesn't contain any information because the company, understandably, doesn't want to unveil its cards prematurely, except for a SM-G990B/DS that should be the model code of Samsung Galaxy S21 FE.
The only thing unveiled by the code is the support for 5G infrastructure, but it's not a surprise: it would have been surprising the opposite, that is, that in 2021 a company like Samsung would present a phone like Galaxy S21 FE, a near-top of the range, without support for 5G networks. So it is the confirmation of an aspect that was not in doubt, probably that's why Samsung let it "slip".
Previously, the informant Jon Prosser had suggested to keep in mind the dates of October 20 and 29 for the presentation of Galaxy S21 FE: the first as the start of pre-orders, the second as market availability. However, the date of the event that will make it official is still missing.

On the specifications of Samsung Galaxy S21 FE have turned several rumors in recent months, thanks to which we can already draw a picture of how it will be the smartphone "of the fans". The company could propose again the alternation between the best chip of its division, the Exynos 2100, and the best one produced by Qualcomm, the Snapdragon 888.
On board there should be a large 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display with 120 Hz refresh rate, 6 or 8 GB of RAM and 128 or 256 GB of storage space, enough to keep the memories captured with the cameras. Three cameras are expected at the rear, the main 12 MP, a 12 MP ultra wide angle and a 64 MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom.
The picture is completed by the fingerprint reader under the screen, audio with Dolby Atmos support, IP68 certification against water and dust and a battery that should be 4,500 mAh with fast charging at 25 watts and reverse charging support. No word yet on pricing, however.
