The company that created Tik Tok launches the first smartphone dedicated to the app. Here are the features of the Smartisan Jianguo Pro 3
Tik Tok is the app of the moment, the most downloaded in Italy on both the Google Play Store and the App Store (App Annie data). Among the very young, it has become a real reference point, with millions of young and old trying to post short 15-second videos in the hope of becoming famous.
The Tik Tok phenomenon is going viral, so much so that ByteDance, the company that created the app, has decided to launch the first smartphone dedicated to the application. In recent months the company has acquired the smartphone division of another Chinese company (Smartisan) and is now ready to launch a top of the range device at a very competitive price. The Smartisan Jianguo Pro 3 is a smartphone with a very interesting technical card: on board we find the Snapdragon 855+ with to support 8/12GB of RAM and 128/256GB of internal memory. The device, logically, also has gestures designed exclusively for Tik Tok. The arrival on the market is expected in the coming days, initially only in China. But it is not excluded that it may also arrive on the European market, where, by now, Tik Tok is a real mass phenomenon.

For its first smartphone designed for Tik Tok, ByteDance wanted to do things big and equip the device with the best hardware components available on the market. The hardware architecture is based on the Snapdragon 855+ chipset with 8/12GB of RAM and 128/256GB of internal storage in support. The screen should be 6.29 inches with FullHD+ resolution. The design is classic: thin bezels and teardrop notch present at the top center.
Very interesting is the photo compartment, at least on paper. In the back we find four cameras, with the main lens of 48 Megapixels, telephoto lens of 8 Megapixels, wide-angle sensor of 13 Megapixels and 5 Megapixel lens to take super macro images. The front camera is 20 Megapixel.
Battery is 4,000 mAh with 18W fast charging. On board we find Android 9 Pie with Smartisan OS 7 interface. The fingerprint sensor is embedded under the screen. The device also integrates gestures designed specifically for Tik Tok to facilitate the recording of videos and allow the immediate opening of the application.

The device is already available in China at a very attractive price. For the 8/128GB version, the launch price is 2899 yuan, about 370 euros at the current exchange rate. For the premium model with 12/256GB you have to shell out 3599 yuan, about 460 euros at current exchange rates.
For the arrival in Italy of the Smartisan Jianguo Pro 3 there are still no firm dates. For the moment, the smartphone designed for Tik Tok will remain confined to the Chinese market.
