The 2019 iPhone XI will have elephant memory

The 2019 iPhone Xi's memory cut will start directly at 128GB, ditching the 64GB cut. Also new for the camera and wireless charging

Among the new features of the upcoming 2019 iPhone smartphones will be a new memory cut: all three iPhone XIs (or iPhone 11s, if you prefer) that will debut next fall are expected to have 128GB of storage. The current iPhones, on the other hand, will not feature this cut, going from the minimum 64GB to the maximum 256.

The news comes from Indian leaker Sudhanshu Ambhore, who adds no more: "2019's Apple iPhone lineup will start with 128GB ROM storage," the entire 2019 iPhone lineup will start with 128GB of storage memory. In the past, Sudhanshu Ambhore has proven to be quite reliable, getting more than one prediction right, and after all, the new minimum storage cut is more than credible at least for the top of the line. Recall that, according to other rumors, the smartphones that Apple will launch this year are three and are, respectively, the heirs of iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max and iPhone XR (or iPhone SE, according to other sources). The latter is expected to be cheaper thanks to the LCD screen and not OLED.

What we know about iPhone XI 2019

After the presentation of iOS 13 at WWDC in recent days, we are certain that the future iPhone XI will be the first Apple devices with this operating system installed in the factory. From multiple sources comes the hypothesis that the upcoming 2019 iPhones will have three rear cameras, which will become two in the heir to the XR/SE. Hypothesis confirmed by photos of several covers that show a conspicuous square hole in the upper left corner. The Japanese blog MacOtakara, on the other hand, revealed that the next iPhones will be able to play music on two Bluetooth speakers simultaneously. Another hypothesis that seems credible is the one related to bidirectional wireless charging, that is, the possibility of charging small devices such as AirPods by placing them on the back of the iPhone. Finally, Apple's future phones will mount the new A13 processor that TMSC, according to what Bloomberg reports, has already started to produce on behalf of Cupertino in large volumes.

iPhone XI: when it comes out and how much it costs

No official news regarding the release date of the iPhone XI, but there are many who bet on a presentation on September 10, 2019 with subsequent opening of pre-orders on September 14. Also with regard to prices, for now only hypotheses: the most credible ones speak of about 900 euros for the iPhone XR/SE version, about 1,100 for the iPhone XI XS and about 1,250 for the XS Max.
