In episode 11 of Gomorra 4 will be intertwined the events of Michelangelo, more and more divided between Patrizia and his family, and Enzo Sangue Blu, on the run from Elia Capaccio who wants to avenge the murder of his brother. Genny will also be the protagonist of episode 11 and will have to make an important decision that affects his life and that of his son Pietro.
