Wind launches the new 5 and 10 euro Ricarica Special cuts. Here's how they work, where to activate them and which top-up cuts they're replacing
Big news for Wind users: the phone operator has decided to replace the standard 5 and 10 euro top-ups with the new Special top-ups and introduce two new 4 and 11 euro cuts. Wind follows what other operators have already done (Tim and Vodafone) and has decided to diversify its top-up methods, introducing a special cut that offers premium features.
With the 5 and 10 euro Special top-up, the user receives 4 or 9 euros of traffic and unlimited calls and internet traffic in Italy for 24 hours after the top-up. In practice you spend one euro to have the activation of a premium feature that can be very useful on special occasions. The new recharges have been active since October 28 in the operator's main sales channels: betting stores, newsagents, bars, authorised tobacconists, Wind stores, the official website and the MyWind app. Also from October 28, the new €4 and €11 top-up cuts (all traffic) are available, but initially only on the app and Wind's official website. Here's what's changing for users.
Wind Ricarica Special da 5 e 10 euro: le novità
In the previous months, Tim and Vodafone launched new top-up options that, for a charge of 5, 6 or 10 euro, included a certain amount of traffic plus one or two euro for the activation of premium features. Seguendo l’esempio dei due operatori, anche Wind ha deciso di introdurre un nuovo taglio di ricarica speciale che va a sostituire le ricariche da 5 e 10 euro.
Si chiamano Ricarica Special 5 euro e Ricarica Special 10 euro e prevedono, oltre al traffico, una funzionalità premium: chiamate e dati illimitati per 24 ore dopo l’attivazione della ricarica (solo in Italia). Il credito delle due offerte, però, non è di 5 e 10 euro, ma di 4 e 9 euro. L’euro di differenza serve per pagare l’attivazione delle chiamate e del traffico internet illimitato per un giorno.
Per venire incontro agli utenti, Wind ha introdotto altri due tagli di ricarica: da 4 e 11 euro, tutti di traffico. Ricapitolando, questa è la nuova fisionomia dei tagli di ricarica Wind:
- 4 euro con 4 euro di traffico;
- 5 euro con 4 euro di traffico e con giga e minuti illimitati per 24 ore (solo in Italia);
- 10 euro con 9 euro di traffico con giga e minuti illimitati per 24 ore (solo in Italia);
- 11 euro con 11 euro di traffico.
Dove attivare le nuove Ricariche Special di Wind
Ricarica Special da 5 euro e Ricarica Special da 10 euro sono attive ufficialmente dal 28 ottobre e vanno a sostituire i “vecchi" tagli da 5 e 10 euro. Le nuove ricariche sono disponibili in tutti i principali canali di vendita utilizzati da Wind: ricevitorie, edicole, bar, Tabacchi abilitati, Negozi Wind, sito ufficiale e app MyWind.
Le ricariche da 5 e 10 euro sopravvivono solo sotto forma di Scratch Card fisiche. Il taglio di ricarica da 4 e 11 euro inizialmente sarà disponibile solo sull’app MyWind e sul sito ufficiale dell’operatore.
