Wind Tre and Vodafone increase the cost of some mobile monthly subscriptions: here are the offers involved
It is not a nice return from vacation for some Wind Tre and Vodafone customers: in fact, from September 1, increases are triggered for some of the mobile offers of the two phone companies. This is not a novelty: already in the previous months it was ventilated the possibility of an increase for some rates of Wind Tre and Vodafone.
According to the latest information, the offers involved in the increase would be the Special Minuti 50GB and Special Minuti 30GB of Vodafone and some rates of the All-in range of Wind Tre. The increase varies depending on the type of offer and starts from a minimum of 1.49 euros per month, up to a maximum of 2 euros. To compensate for the increase in the offer, Wind Tre and Vodafone have offered their users the possibility of activating an offer with 20 or 50GB free to use in a year. For customers involved in the remodulation there is the possibility to change phone operator without paying any penalty.
Remodulation Vodafone, the offers affected
There should be two Vodafone offers involved in the remodulation: Special Minuti 50GB and Special Minuti 30GB. The increase is 1.98 euros and takes effect from September 1, 2019: at the first useful renewal there will be the tariff increase. Vodafone has warned its customers of the remodulation via SMS: it will be possible to withdraw from the contract or change operator without paying penalties until the day before the contractual change.
To compensate for the rate increase, Vodafone allows its customers to activate a promotion that gives 20GB of data per month for free for a year. To do so, you need to call 42590: the promotion expires on October 2.
Wind Tre remodulation, the offers affected
Wind Tre has increased the monthly subscription cost for a couple of offers in the All-in range: All-In Start, All-In Prime Summer Per Te, All-In Smart Raddoppia, All-In- Prime per Te, All-In Prime, All-In Smart 5, All-In Master 15 and All-In Master. The remodulation varies depending on the offer activated and ranges from a minimum of €1.49 to a maximum of €2. Wind Tre has also warned its customers via SMS and you have the option to withdraw from the subscription without paying any penalty.
Wind has thought of a special promotion to compensate for the rate increase: you will be able to get 50GB of free data to use in a year by sending a message to 40100 with the words GIGASI by September 30.
