Xbox Game Pass: games coming between June and July

The summer of Xbox Games Pass is off to a great start: here are the titles already made available in June and those that will be available soon, as early as the beginning of July

Summer start full of news for Xbox Game Pass, which reaches the third official mandate of the month of June 2021. Not a frequent event, indeed, which will make happy subscribers to Microsoft's service for Windows 10, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and Xbox One consoles, and even Android smartphones via xCloud.

That the subscription system of Microsoft is at the center of future developments of the company has become clear once again during the E3 2021, the event from which emerged a roadmap full of news distributed between summer, autumn, end of the year and the beginning of next year, when moreover Xbox Game Pass will receive the additional impetus given by the native integration in the next desktop operating system from Microsoft, the recent Windows 11. In the coming days then is coming a flurry of news for the subscription service from Microsoft, including new titles already available, coming soon and those that will come as a surprise in the first half of July.

Xbox Game Pass, new titles already available

RPG fans will be happy to meet Dungeons & Dragons: Dark Alliance, set in the Forgotten Realms and in particular in the glacial tundra of Icewind Dale. A complete title, which combines the classic RPG system with a gameplay with recognizable action elements.

There are also the fighting worms of Worms Rumble, a real-time action game in two dimensions "and a half", that is, with 3D graphics but with the action that takes place mainly on a two-dimensional plane.

Inclusion in Xbox Game Pass also for the metal giants of Iron Harvest, real-time strategy game whose development has been taken care of by the team of King Art Games. The peculiarity of Iron Harvest lies in the setting: you are in the 1920s with a different point of view, that of a decade in which post-war technology has evolved in a different way than we know.

Good news for fans of the Need For Speed series. EA Play brings to Xbox Game Pass Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered, the remastered version of one of the most appreciated chapters of the entire series. The original spirit of NFS is present, with the added bonus of significant gameplay improvements.

Debut for Prodeus, a modern reinterpretation of subjective shooters like Doom that have made gaming history.

Xbox Game Pass, new features coming in July

Banjo-Kazooie: Screws and Bolts will arrive in the cloud, making it playable on mobile devices as well. In the cloud, but also for Xbox and PC, Bug Fables: The Everlasting Sapling, also coming in July. The Paper Mario-style RPG has a unique setting and the quality achieved by the development team, in a title that alternates between the exploration of the world, represented in a particular mixture of 2D characters and 3D environments, and turn-based combat.

Gang Beasts mixes scrolling fighting game and party game, with a multiplayer personality that has as protagonists gummy characters, a nice feature that obviously affects the entire gaming experience.

Strategy and fascinating setting are the focus of Immortal Realms: Vampire Wars, fantasy title that will be available for Xbox, PC and in the cloud. Finally, for titles coming in July 2021, Limbo that offers a game type focused on level design and high-level challenges.
