The Breaking Bad star returns with a high-tension thriller available on Sky and NOW TV. Here's the plot and the release
Becoming popular mainly thanks to the interpretation of Walter White in the cult TV series Breaking Bad, actor Bryan Cranston is ready to conquer the audience again with a really intense streaming content, a thriller not to be missed titled Your Honor.
The mini-series has finally arrived in Italy after getting a huge success in the United States. Created and scripted by Peter Moffat (The Village) and produced by Show Time, it tells the story of Michael Desiato, an upstanding judge who is faced with a tough choice: avoid jail time for his son or listen to his moral integrity. The judge is faced with a series of choices and challenges that will often lead him to act for the good of his family. The character is intense, multi-faceted, and torn between good and evil, and for those reasons he is reminiscent of Walter White, which is why the title might also convince Breaking Bad fans.
TV series Your Honor: the plot
We are in front of a thriller full of tension and twists, which sees Bryan Cranston masterfully play the protagonist, a role for which he also received a Golden Globe nomination 2021.
After years after the conclusion of Breaking Bad, the actor finds himself playing another strong character, torn between good and evil. Michael Desiato is a judge in New Orleans who lives alone with his son Adam. The latter is involved in an incident: on the anniversary of the disappearance of his mother and Michael's wife, he brings her flowers to the place of death, a bad area of New Orleans. He is approached by a gang and while running away he runs over and kills a motorcyclist.
Then he tells his father everything and together they go to turn themselves in. Tuttavia, poco dopo scoprono che la persona che Adam ha ucciso è il figlio di un importante boss locale. Quindi, andare in carcere porterebbe Adam a morte sicura. Per tale motivo, padre e figlio fanno di tutto per fuggire sia dalla legge che dalla criminalità che vuole punirli. Per fare ciò, il giudice dovrà compiere scelte difficili, spesso andando contro la sua stessa morale.
