The platform admits the problem: "We are working to solve it".
Today, Sunday, April 11, 2021, is not an easy day for soccer lovers and, in particular, for Cagliari and Inter fans: for many of them it is impossible to watch the match Inter-Cagliari in streaming on DAZN.
The platform is aware of the problem and has admitted it, explaining that it is limited to this match and to the mobile app: "We know that some people are experiencing problems watching the Inter-Cagliari match from APP. We are working to solve it." Users, however, specify that the problem occurs on any type of DAZN app: on smart TV, on Sky Q, from mobile and, according to some, the problems persist even from PC, via browser.
DAZN down: no problem via satellite
The fact that the problem is limited to apps and not a general problem of DAZN is confirmed by users who watch DAZN via satellite, on channel 209 of the Sky platform: for them no problem, Inter-Cagliari is perfectly visible.
DAZN down: comments on social media
DAZN is communicating with its users also through social media, in particular on Twitter, and this is already a good news because, unfortunately, very often a down of a platform corresponds to a total lack of dialogue with the subscribers.
Some users, however, complain about a late communication: the first tweet of DAZN is in fact at 13:03, while the match Inter-Cagliari started at 12:30.
