Red Dead Redemption 2: PC release finally fixed - all info

Red Dead Redemption 2 comes from the hallowed halls of Rockstar Games and for that reason alone was perhaps the biggest and most important game of 2018. Now it's finally been determined when the western smash hit will be released for PC.

When Red Dead Redemption 2 was initially released only for Xbox One and PlayStation 4, there was a lot of resentment among PC gamers. The announcement of the PC release was a long time coming, but then caused all the more joy.

Red Dead Redemption 2 will be released in early November 2019 for PC

For the PC release of Red Dead Redemption 2, the following information is finally officially known:

• The official release date is November 5, 2019.
• The game will be available on the Humble Store (known for Humble Bundles), the Epic Games Store, Green Man Gaming, as well as through the new Rockstar Games Launcher.
• In addition, Red Dead Redemption 2 will be among the launch titles of Google Stadia.
• The most important question, however, is what about Steam: Red Dead Redemption 2 won't be available there until a month later, in December.

For Steam, this should be a bit of a setback, as many fans want to play the game right on release day. However, those who can wait a month and desperately want to expand their Steam library with a real hit, can take comfort in the fact that the Steam release also still falls in the important pre-Christmas period.
