  1. To do this, first open the Shortcuts app and tap the "Gallery" entry in its bottom right corner.
  2. Look for the "All GIFs" section there, select the "Convert Photos to GIFs" option, and download the shortcut to create GIFs by tapping "Get Shortcut".
  3. Then go to the "Library" tab and navigate to "Convert Photos to GIFs" > "Live Photos".
  4. Now you just have to select the the image you want to convert from the overview and confirm with "Done".
