PES 2020: These licenses are included in the new generation

Pro Evolution Soccer has been FIFA's fiercest competitor for many years, but the lack of official licenses weighs heavily on many gamers. After all, PES now has quite a few licenses on board.

PES 2020 still doesn't have all the licenses, but it still has many well-known names.

In terms of gameplay, Pro Evolution Soccer has never had to hide. However, the battle for licenses continues and in the meantime there are increasingly larger partial successes.

PES 2020: Licenses for individual clubs from top leagues

The most important are the clubs along with players. In PES 2020, the following clubs are included with real names:

• Germany: FC Bayern Munich, FC Schalke 04, Bayer 04 Leverkusen
• Spain: FC Barcelona
• England: Arsenal FC, Manchester United
• Scotland: Glasgow Rangers, Celtic Glasgow
• Italy: Inter Milan, Juventus Turin
• France: AS Monaco
• Brazil: Palmeiras, Flamengo, Corinthians, CR Vasco da Gama, Sao Paulo FC, Atlético Mineiro
• Argentina: River Plate, Boca Juniors
• Other: Sporting Cristal, Alianza Lima, Colo-Colo, Sport Boys, Universitario

While the top European teams are limited to single representatives per league, PES 2020 offers all the more clubs from South America.When it comes to the available leagues, things look even more extensive: The German Bundesliga and the English Premier League are not licensed, but there are the top leagues from Italy and Spain among many others. The national teams present the most complete picture: the list is long and includes top nations like Argentina, Brazil, England, France, Spain and Italy. The reason for this is the new partnership with Konami, thanks to which PES 2020 will be the official game of Euro 2020.
