1. First you need to go to the homepage of the registry office that is responsible for you. In doing so, you must select your place of birth.

3. Most registry offices provide online forms that you fill out completely. Since you need to sign the application and send a copy of your ID card, you need a printer with scan function.
4. Alternatively, you can also print out the application and send it via mail.
