Spamhaus: Remove Virus - how to do it safely

With a little patience and effort you can remove Spamhaus virus from your computer. Spamhaus denies you access to your files and programs, but with one trick, cleaning your system works. Do not respond to payment requests under any circumstances.

How to remove Spamhaus virus

The Spamhaus virus belongs to ransomware programs and uses the name of an organization that fights viruses to sneak onto your system.

1. Use your computer with multiple users, restart the computer and log in with another user, it may not be affected.
2. If you are lucky, launch a powerful antivirus program and run a full system scan.
3. The virus is usually detected - remove all components.
4. Alternatively, you can try to kill the virus via Task Manager. It runs as a background process and names itself "rasadhlp.exe" (or similar).
5. Close all processes with this name component and run a full system scan.
6. Restart your computer after the system scan.

Virus removal in Safe Mode

If you have only one user, start your computer in Safe Mode:

1. Log in with the affected user account.
2. Check the startup programs, the virus should be among them.
3. To do this, open the task manager in Windows 8/10 by right-clicking in the taskbar and remove all suspicious programs in the "Startup" tab.
4. Restart the computer in normal mode and run a full virus scan.
5. Delete the findings and restart the computer.
