What you can do if BlueStacks no longer works
BlueStacks is an Android emulator with which it is possible to use apps of the operating system on your computer as well. If the application does not work for you, this can have different causes.- First restart your computer and then the emulator, usually this already solves the problem.
- Check whether your computer meets the system requirements. You will need Windows 7 or higher, an Intel or AMD processor, at least 2 GB of RAM and 5 GB of free disk space. If necessary, increase the allocated RAM.
- Update your graphics card driver via Device Manager or download it from the manufacturer's site.
- Note that BlueStacks 3 is no longer supported, so it is necessary to download the fourth version of the emulator.
- Also check if BlueStacks is blocked by your antivirus. Disable it to test whether the problem is then solved. Wenn Sie den Schutz wieder aktivieren, fügen Sie BlueStacks als Ausnahme hinzu.
- Testen Sie, ob eine andere Anwendung den Emulator blockiert.
