The Sims 4: System requirements overview

The Sims 4 was released in September 2014 and due to its age was now available for free download for a few days. For this reason, it's worth taking a look at the system requirements of the still hot classic.

Everything smooth: The Sims 4 does not pose problems even for old computers.

The Sims principle still works - and with the free giveaway, more players should be able to enjoy the fourth part. Fortunately, the PC hardware is not an obstacle.

Ihr PC sollte mindestens diese Voraussetzungen erfüllen:

• CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo / AMD Athlon 64 4000
• Grafikkarte: GeForce 6600 / Radeon X1300
• Arbeitsspeicher: 2 GB RAM

Empfohlen wird die folgende Konfiguration:

• CPU: Intel Core i5 / AMD Athlon X4
• Grafikkarte: GeForce GTX 650
• Arbeitsspeicher: 4 GB RAM

Die minimalen Systemanforderungen waren bereits im Release-Jahr 2014 recht niedrig, heutzutage sind sie folglich kaum der Rede wert. Auch die empfohlenen Voraussetzungen sind keineswegs beängstigend: Ein Großteil aller PC-Spieler kann somit sorgenfrei zugreifen und das Spiel in voller Pracht erleben.
