The Huawei P30 Lite has a powerful lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 3,340 mAh, which lasts around 12 days in standby mode and can be recharged within 105 minutes thanks to the integrated fast charging function. If problems occur with the battery because it cannot be recharged either at the wall socket or via a USB port of the PC, there might be a defect. Replacing the battery can also help if the device's battery quickly discharges again.

How to replace the battery in the Huawei P30 Lite

If there is a defect in the Huawei P30 Lite's battery that makes a replacement necessary, you can either do it yourself or have it done by a certified repair shop. If you do not want to do the repair yourself, you can find various providers on the Internet, where the repair costs between 50 and 70 euros.

1. To change the battery yourself, first heat the back cover to remove it and then loosen the nine Phillips screws in the device.
2. Continue by removing the antenna module, loosen all flex connections and four more Phillips screws.
3. Now remove the old battery and insert the new battery into the Huawei P30 Lite. To glue this, use either suitable adhesive strips or the adhesive residue in the device.
