If your PC continues to take a long time to boot, although you have reduced the number of startup programs, it may be that you have generally installed too many programs on your PC. Therefore, open the Windows Control Panel and click "Uninstall programs" to remove some of them from the PC. It is advisable to uninstall especially those programs that take up a lot of memory.
