Google Photos Search - how to find what you are looking for

With Google you can search for some time not only for search terms, but also for photos or audio files. In doing so, Google shows you similar images and the corresponding web pages as a result. This search is also possible with the app.

How to search for photos with Google

The image search with Google works on the PC quite easily by drag & drop.

1. Go to the Google Image Search web page.
2. Open the folder containing the image you want to search for.
3. Now drag the image by clicking on it with the left mouse button and holding down the button, onto the Search bar.
4. The image is now automatically uploaded and analyzed. After that, the page reloads and you will be shown all possible results. Furthermore, Google shows you am, which image it is in Google's opinion.
5. You can also search for images with the corresponding app from Google. To do this, first download the Google Chrome app.
6. Now you can open any image in Chrome and then long tap on it with the Finder. Nach ein paar Sekunden erscheinen einige Optionen.
