Office 365: How to fix the software if you have problems

Microsoft Office 365 allows you to use almost all Office programs like Excel, Word or PowerPoint. However, you may encounter errors and problems while using them, some of which you can repair yourself.

Repairing Office 365 if you encounter problems

The Office 365 package includes all the popular Office applications from Microsoft. In addition to the programs, this also includes the online versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote or even OneDrive in the browser. You can usually use the applications free of charge via your Microsoft account. But when using the programs, errors can occur, these are usually due to defective plugins or incorrect settings.

1. If there are signs of errors, you should first check whether a new update for the software is pending.
2. If this is the case, you should first install it and check whether the problem is now solved.
3. If there are still errors, you need to repair Office.

5. Hier klicken Sie auf der rechten Seite auf „Programme“ und anschließend auf „Programme deinstallieren“.
6. Suchen Sie in der Liste nach dem Eintrag „Office 365“ und klicken Sie einmalig auf diesen, um den Eintrag zu markieren.
7. Bestätigen Sie mit einem Klick auf „Ändern“.
8. Hier können Sie zwischen der Schnell- und der Onlinereparatur wählen. Klicken Sie anschließend auf „Reparieren“.
9. Das Problem sollte gelöst sein, nachdem die Reparatur abgeschlossen ist.
