  2. Through the lost water, the soy product loses volume, becomes more compact and firmer. This provides a better bite feeling after preparation. In addition, the tofu can thereby absorb new flavors - and by marinade.
  3. In this you have free choice. Have proven themselves, for example, mixtures of sesame oil, soy sauce, lemongrass paste and spices. Mix the marinade and put the cut tofu. Auch hier zeigen sich nach einigen Stunden starke Ergebnisse.
