Valheim: Campfire in the house? So it is possible

In Valheim, a dilemma arises relatively early: in order to be able to sleep in bed, there must be a fire nearby. However, this cannot be constructed on a built floor.

Comfortable in Valheim: A fireplace in the house requires a chimney.

Accordingly, in order to still be able to set up a campfire in a properly closed house, further measures are necessary.

Valheim: So a campfire also works in the house

The solution is quite simple: you need a chimney.

• This, however, is not a fixed object that you can build at the push of a button.
• Instead, you have to create the chimney structure yourself with the available funds.
• This means: the campfire comes to a place on the bare ground, all around you build walls, so that a chimney is created.
• Of course, it is important that the chimney protrudes from the building.
• Also to note: If you leave the opening of the chimney uncovered, rain can enter and extinguish the fire at the bottom. Therefore, it is advisable to still give the chimney a small roof.
