2. Google now comes with a new gesture control as it was already seen in the iPhone X. Here, too, the control of your smartphone is carried out only via the lower display edge and no longer by a physical button.
3. In addition, an official "Dark Mode" comes out, with which you can let the surface of your operating system shine completely in black.
4. You now have the option under Android 9 to temporarily disable the stored unlock methods such as fingerprint sensor or facial recognition.
5. With the "Adaptive Battery" update, the power distribution to the apps is now also better controlled. For this, an algorithm is used that prioritizes certain frequently used apps.
