Football Manager 2020: Focus on youth thanks to performance center

The performance center is all about young talent - after all, the development of young talents into world stars is one of the community's favorite topics.

• The performance center gives you an overview of your youth players as well as their development curve. Highlighted are those players who may already be ready for the first team.
• Also handy: If a player needs special attention, you will learn about it in the youth center and can thus intervene specifically.
• In addition, you will find an assessment of your AI assistant regarding the strengths and weaknesses of your youth squad.
• Depending on the structure of your club, you can view individual sub-teams such as U19 and U21 and the reserve separately. This provides a better overview.
• In the "Loan Players" section, there is an overview of all borrowed and loaned players. This is independent of the youth management and a clear improvement over Football Manager 2019.
