One Plus 7 Pro: Rotate screen - these options are available

As with every cell phone, the screen of the One Plus 7 Pro also rotates automatically. As soon as you hold the smartphone horizontally, the screen is also rotated horizontally. This works via a gyroscope that measures the force in each coordinate axis and can thus determine the rotation in space.

How does the One Plus 7 Pro rotate the screen?

The One Plus 7 Pro's screen has a refresh rate of 90 Hz, uses AMOLED technology and is seven inches in size. Normally, the screen rotates completely automatically. However, you can disable this option at any time.

1. Open the settings by pressing on the corresponding app.
2. In the settings, go to "Device" > "Display & LED" > "Screen orientation" and then disable the option "Automatically rotate".
3. You can also disable the function in the status bar. Usually it is indicated by an arrow and a lock.
4. You also have the option to install the Android app "Ultimate Rotation Control". Mit dieser können Sie den Bildschirm immer drehen, auch wenn die benutzt App gar nicht für den Landscape Mode vorgesehen ist.
