1. Before you can check the IMEI, you must of course first find out the number of the smartphone.
2. If the iPhone X has not been subjected to a jailbreak, you can find the original IMEI under the settings in "General" and further at "Info".
3. There is an entry further down to "IMEI".
4. Alternatively, you can also switch to the number field to call people and enter the code [*#06#] and confirm by calling.
5. The number consists of exactly 15 characters and can therefore be easily recognized.
