Mid-range is enough: Borderlands 3 does not require an expensive high-end machine.

Borderlands 3 has been on the market since September 13, 2019, and has been able to meet expectations. PC gamers, as always, need to look at the hardware.

Borderlands 3: System requirements at a glance

The minimum system requirements are:

• CPU: Intel Core i5-3570 / AMD FX-8350
• Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 680 / AMD Radeon HD 7970
• Memory: 6 GB

For an optimal gaming experience, these requirements should be met:

• CPU: Intel Core i7-4770 / AMD Ryzen 5 2600
• Graphics card: GeForce GTX 1060 / AMD Radeon RX 590
• Memory: 16 GB

These requirements are pretty moderate, especially for a fast-paced first-person shooter. However, it should be noted that the hard drive is neatly demanded: At least 75 GB of free space must be available, ideally on an SSD.
