The official specifications, which can be found in the Stadia account, serve as a guide. The resolution is also decisive here:

• At 720p, up to 4.5 GB per hour are incurred.
• At 1080p, there is a maximum of 12.6 GB per hour.
• With 4K resolution, up to 20 GB per hour can be consumed.

Since these are maximum values according to Google, the actual data consumption should usually be somewhat lower. Nevertheless, the info can be very important in various situations, such as when there are volume restrictions on the part of the Internet provider.
