Fortnite is not resting on its current success, but is adding to it. This comes in the form of the game meadow, which has been available as a new mode for a short time. We explain what the mode is about and exactly how it works.

Fortnite: Playground best suited for training

In the scene, the playground is often also referred to by the English name "Playground". In terms of content, this does not matter, because the purpose is clear:

• It is a kind of practice mode in which players can try out all facets at their leisure.
• Four players start on the normal map.
• In the event of a death, you are, thanks to the respawn function, directly revived. An exception to this applies if you are caught by the storm.
• However, the storm starts only after 55 minutes.
• Another special feature: resources are harvested ten times faster.
• Since Friendly Fire is turned on in the playground mode, you can easily practice combat situations with your friends.

Advantages of the play meadow in Fortnite

Compared to the normal Battle Royale mode, the play meadow is thus very relaxed and ensures enough space and time to get to know the game. Newcomers in particular should benefit from this.
