Football Manager 2021: Gestures allow more targeted actions

In conversations or negotiations, your manager character may resort to gestures.

• These allow you to reinforce statements or convey a certain mood.
• For example, you can perform placating gestures to calm down a dialogue. In turn, you can also angrily throw a water bottle across the cabin or bang on the table in a contract negotiation.
• This affects the reaction of your NPC counterparts. Gestures are part of the fundamentally revised communication culture in FM 2021 and play a central role there.

So for the first time, conversations are also possible with multiple NPCs, such as with a player and his agent. In addition, you can take one of your players to the press conference.
